Vibrationally Strong

What does it mean to be vibrationally strong?

A journey of connecting to the feels to discern thoughts. Presence is the key to connecting to how we feel. It's the attitude that can weaken us or strengthen us.

Daily meditation with reverence (respect, honor) is the doorway to opening up feelings. The relationship with self becomes strong, and we become best friends with ourselves.

The emotions reveal our thought process, which is often habitual. There is a vibrational match between feelings and thoughts. If we feel anger, frustration, annoyance, or impatience, chances are the thoughts are in a negative lacking mindset. If we feel happiness, joy, motivation, commitment, chances are the thoughts are in a positive, abundant mindset. When we have thoughts of abundance, we have aligned intention. 

Awareness and gratitude are the keys to changing this.

There is always something to be grateful for. Even in a condensed state of negativity, eventually, the pulsation expands into a positive state. It is important to note that exploring negative feelings and thoughts is often the dynamite explosion to change. How long we hang in negative emotions is based on our desire, karma, and willingness to change.

This can be simple.

Focus on how you feel. Do you feel good, or do you feel bad? What are you thinking? There is a power and magic in feeling good now.


Attitude is one of the most essential things to vibrational strength. Vibrational strength (and weakness) is, by law, applicable to all aspects and levels of our lives, from relationships to others, decision-making, diet, lifestyle, career, and success in dreams, aims, and goals.

One of my wishes for humanity is happiness. The creation I put forward to this wish is first to have this eternal happiness within myself, a continuous science of discovery and personal pivots. My vibrational strength is necessary if I wish to assist in penetrating happiness into society.

Go within, my friends. It's a wild, honest, challenging warrior walk. There are many helpful tools to adjust the attitude to help build vibrational strength. Gratitude is one. 

It begins with awareness, presence, and a will to be truthful.

It is a practice until we unfold to our natural state.
