Closure
Jul 20, 2023
When the world locked down, my family was separated, and the girls and I took possibly the last flight from PV to Edmonton. We each packed a suitcase, thinking we would return in the fall. Nope. I moved my entire home, in Spanglish while in Canada, online with my amigos in Mexico! Don't even ask. We lived in Canada for a whole year, and the wind blew us to Bahrain.
Fast forward to June 15, 2023, with magic and a kid blacking out in Mexico City, 30 hours of transit, we landed in PV. It was a trip of many emotions, healthy closures, and experiences both expected and unexpected.
Despite all these changes, I remain rooted in the practice. There were a few days where the training was less, but overall there was a flow and consistency. I even meditated on the airplane. I had to adjust my breathwork to prevent being labeled the crazy lady in seat 21 A, haha, but overall, the practice remains a priority.
