Hi, I'm Lacie, and I know what it feels like to be weak, to be tired from mothering, feeling run down....and keeping all the backburner flames on. I know what it feels like to not be at optimal health because I was exposed to toxic fungus in a casa in Mexico, and restored my system with pranayama, plant medicine and immune techniques. I know what it is like to live in a toxic, emotional environment, because I grew up with an alcoholic and have experienced undigested emotions/experiences.

Daya Mata Lacie has devoted 3 decades to understanding ancient practices, to seeking growth and wisdom, to enriching lives through varied offerings, and to connecting with, supporting, and assisting students in healing themselves.
She offers a wealth of knowledge and wisdom within her teaching from her spiritual enthusiasm and 30 years exploring Yoga, martial arts, culinary magic, and body work, as a student and an instructor with 1000's of hours of study and well over 30 certifications.
