Rise and Shine Everyone! Please enjoy 30 minutes of an all encompassing yoga class, complete with meditation and movement. The class is opened with ceremony. Lighting of the incense and ghee lamp or candle to purify the aura and the space. Mantra Monday class closes with chanting the Gayatri Mantra.
